Your responsibilities will include:
Your Responsibilities- Engage with Swedish-speaking clients to evaluate their integration requirements and provide customised solutions.
- Lead clients through the entire integration process, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve any integration challenges that may arise.
- Offer training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they maximise the benefits of our integration services.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project documentation for future reference.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in B2B integration.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Experience in B2B integration or a related field is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of integration tools and processes.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
- Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration and collective success.
