Your key responsibilities will include:
Your Responsibilities- Engage with Portuguese-speaking clients to understand their integration requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Oversee the entire integration process, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide effective resolutions to any integration challenges.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to enhance the client experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project activities and client interactions.
- Remain informed about the latest trends and best practices in B2B integration.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential; proficiency in other languages is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Experience in B2B integration or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of integration technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
