In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for our Swedish-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring they receive outstanding support. Become part of our friendly and dynamic team, focused on customer satisfaction and collaboration
Your Responsibilities- Provide top-notch support to Swedish-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to deepen your knowledge of our products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
