In this engaging role, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a stellar customer experience. Experience the beauty and culture of Greece while making a meaningful impact on our clients' satisfaction
Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to multitask effectively.
