Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding support to German-speaking customers through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in training opportunities to improve your knowledge of our products and services.
- Fluency in German is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Passion for providing top-notch customer support.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
