Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, professional customer support in
    German
    via phone, email, or chat.
  • Listen to customer needs and offer clear, effective solutions.
  • Provide accurate information and ensure each client enjoys a positive experience.
  • Follow company guidelines and help improve service quality through teamwork and feedback.


Your Profile

  • Native or C1+ level in German
    (spoken and written).
  • B2 level in English
    for internal communication.
  • No previous experience required —
    full training provided
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Motivated to relocate to Greece for an international experience, or already based in Greece.
  • Valid work permit in Greece or EU Citizenship (required).
