Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Czech-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services.
- Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and quality assurance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service objectives and enhance customer experiences.
- Stay updated on automotive trends and company products through ongoing training.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A genuine interest in the automotive industry and customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to assist customers.
