Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an esteemed Automotive Company in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in Dutch, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance related to automotive products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and support via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch
  • Provide accurate information about vehicle features, pricing, availability, and warranties
  • Assist customers with order placements, service bookings, and any related inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues effectively while maintaining high levels of satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely resolutions
  • Stay informed about automotive trends, product updates, and company initiatives to provide relevant information to customers

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English or Greek is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the automotive industry, is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
