Your Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to food and beverage products, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for improved service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and enhance customer experiences.
  • Engage in ongoing training to expand knowledge of products and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • A genuine passion for the Food & Beverage industry and excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and issues with a positive approach.
  • Strong interest in learning and adapting to an evolving market.
