Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and information regarding healthcare services.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor throughout all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely responses.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about healthcare services and best practices.
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to customer service and helping others.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in healthcare, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize and remain calm under pressure.
