Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to transportation services promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document feedback.
- Work closely with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and service protocols.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is a must; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards helping others.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and embrace a new culture.
