Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products and services.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service targets and improve processes.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on banking products and services.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch is required, along with strong English communication skills.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Capability to adapt to a multicultural environment and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer management tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with a full relocation package offered.
- In possession of EU passport
