In this role as a Customer Service Representative, you will assist Italian-speaking clients with their banking inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to delivering a superior customer experience. Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products and services, ensuring their needs are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and inquiries in the CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet service targets and improve operational processes.
- Engage in training programs to keep up-to-date with banking products and customer service practices.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and propose solutions for service improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian is required, alongside excellent English communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, especially within the banking or financial sector, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Able to thrive in a diverse and fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with a complete relocation package offered.
- In possession of EU passport
