Your Responsibilities- Provide top-tier customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients in the banking sector.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on banking products and services.
- Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and support.
- Previous experience in customer service or banking is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to effectively manage and resolve customer issues.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, with a relocation package provided.
