Your Responsibilities- Provide administrative support in managing day-to-day operations within the social media team.
- Assist in content scheduling, planning, and coordination of social media campaigns.
- Manage communications and correspondence in Norwegian, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of processes and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth workflows.
- Support event planning and execution for promotional activities.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally within the social media or marketing field.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to live and work in Athens, Greece, embracing a new cultural experience
