As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist Norwegian-speaking clients with their inquiries, ensuring they have a seamless experience while traveling. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently handle inquiries related to travel and aviation services.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately for consistent service improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet performance targets and enhance the customer journey.
- Engage in training sessions to stay informed about aviation services and industry standards.
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong enthusiasm for travel and customer service.
- Prior experience in customer service or the aviation industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and embrace a new cultural experience.
