Your Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the social media team for daily tasks.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing creative social media campaigns.
- Manage communications and correspondence in Italian, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain organized documentation related to various projects and activities.
- Collaborate with different teams to enhance workflows and overall efficiency.
- Support the organization and execution of promotional events to enhance brand awareness.
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the social media or marketing sector.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and take advantage of our relocation package
