As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of user interactions on our social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and moderating content in Dutch, ensuring compliance with community guidelines, and fostering positive engagement within the online community. Your Responsibilities- Moderate and review Dutch language user-generated content across our social media platforms.
- Ensure adherence to community guidelines to promote a safe online environment.
- Identify and report inappropriate content or user behavior promptly.
- Engage with the online community to encourage constructive and positive interactions.
- Provide feedback and insights to enhance moderation strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong interest in social media and community engagement.
- Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
