Dutch Speaking Content Moderator In Athens, Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a position for a Dutch Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Athens, Greece This role includes a fully paid relocation package, allowing you to explore the rich history and vibrant culture of Athens while working to create a safe online environment. As a Content Moderator, you'll be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it meets our community standards and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Dutch to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Accurate classification of content based on established moderation policies
- Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the appropriate teams
- Provide insights into content trends and user interactions to enhance moderation strategies
- Collaborate with team members to improve moderation processes and practices
- Stay informed about company policies related to content moderation and community engagement
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage
- Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently
- Excellent communication skills to convey moderation decisions effectively
- Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care
- Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
