Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a position for a Dutch Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Athens, Greece This role includes a fully paid relocation package, allowing you to explore the rich history and vibrant culture of Athens while working to create a safe online environment. As a Content Moderator, you'll be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it meets our community standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Dutch to ensure compliance with community guidelines
  • Accurate classification of content based on established moderation policies
  • Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the appropriate teams
  • Provide insights into content trends and user interactions to enhance moderation strategies
  • Collaborate with team members to improve moderation processes and practices
  • Stay informed about company policies related to content moderation and community engagement

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage
  • Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently
  • Excellent communication skills to convey moderation decisions effectively
  • Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care
  • Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
