Polish Speaking Content Moderator In Athens, Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Polish Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in the beautiful city of Athens, Greece This position comes with a fully paid relocation package, presenting a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to work in a vibrant environment while contributing to a safe online platform. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content complies with our community standards, supporting our Polish-speaking user community.
Key Responsibilities
- Moderate and assess user-generated content in Polish to ensure alignment with community guidelines
- Classify and evaluate content based on established policies and guidelines
- Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the appropriate teams
- Provide insights on content trends and user engagement to help refine moderation strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance moderation processes and practices
- Stay informed about company policies related to content moderation and community interaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently
- Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions
- Ability to manage sensitive content with professionalism and tact
- Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment
- Self-starter with the capability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
