Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Czech Speaking Content Moderator to join our vibrant team in Athens, Greece This role offers a fully paid relocation package, making it an exciting opportunity for individuals ready to embrace a new cultural experience while contributing to a safe online community. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it meets our community guidelines and standards, fostering a positive experience for our Czech-speaking users.
Key Responsibilities
- Moderate and assess user-generated content in Czech to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Classify and evaluate content based on established policies
- Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the necessary teams
- Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to refine moderation strategies
- Collaborate with team members to enhance content moderation processes
- Stay informed about company policies related to content moderation and community engagement
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to apply guidelines consistently
- Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions
- Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and with discretion
- Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment
- Self-starter with the capacity to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
