Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Athens, Greece This role comes with a fully paid relocation package, providing an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to immerse themselves in a vibrant cultural environment while ensuring a safe online space. As a Content Moderator, you will review and manage user-generated content in Dutch, making sure it complies with our community standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Moderate and assess user-generated content in Dutch to ensure adherence to community guidelines
  • Accurately classify and evaluate content based on established moderation policies
  • Identify and escalate inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams
  • Offer insights on content trends and user interactions to help improve moderation processes
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance moderation practices and approaches
  • Stay updated on company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus
  • Prior experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to apply guidelines consistently
  • Excellent communication skills for clearly conveying moderation decisions
  • Ability to manage sensitive content with professionalism and care
  • Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new environment
  • Self-starter with the capability to work independently and as part of a remote team
