Your Responsibilities- Moderate and review Polish language user-generated content across our social media platforms.
- Ensure compliance with community guidelines to promote a safe user experience.
- Identify and report inappropriate content or user behavior promptly.
- Engage with the community to facilitate positive discussions and interactions.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance moderation processes and community engagement.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong interest in social media and community engagement.
- Experience in content moderation or similar roles is advantageous but not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- A team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.
