As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and integrity of our social media platform. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and moderating user-generated content in Swedish, ensuring it aligns with community standards and guidelines. Your Responsibilities- Moderate and review user-generated content in Swedish across our social media platforms.
- Ensure compliance with community guidelines to foster a safe and engaging online environment.
- Quickly identify and report inappropriate content or user behavior.
- Engage with the online community to encourage positive discussions and interactions.
- Provide insights and feedback to help improve moderation strategies.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong interest in social media and online community management.
- Prior experience in content moderation is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
