Your Responsibilities- Moderate and review social media content in Italian.
- Ensure adherence to community standards and promote a safe environment.
- Quickly identify and report inappropriate content or user behavior.
- Encourage respectful and constructive discussions within the online community.
- Provide valuable feedback and insights to improve moderation processes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to create an inclusive environment.
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
- A strong interest in social media and community engagement.
- Prior experience in content moderation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- A collaborative mindset suited for teamwork.
