As a Nordic Speaking CS Support Representative, you will assist customers with queries related to our mobile banking services, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience. Your Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support in Nordic languages for mobile banking inquiries.
  • Effectively troubleshoot issues and offer solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate product features and benefits clearly to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and address client needs.
  • Document interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on banking policies, procedures, and industry trends relevant to mobile banking.
Requirements
  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English is required.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within the banking or fintech sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens and embrace the vibrant cultural experience.
  • A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for technology and customer service.
