As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of our ride-sharing platform, engaging with customers across Nordic countries. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, address inquiries, offer solutions, and ensure a seamless experience for our users. Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and high-quality support.
  • Assist users with inquiries regarding the ride-sharing app, functionality, and account management.
  • Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other teams to communicate customer feedback and improve service processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on app features and best practices.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools is a plus.
  • Motivated individual with a problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with the support of a relocation package.
