Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking users through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with app-related inquiries, issues, and best practices to enhance their ride-sharing experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on app features and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
- Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support or the ride-sharing industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
