Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to the online marketplace platform, solving problems and providing helpful solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer service goals and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about new features and platform updates.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
- Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer support.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an online marketplace or e-commerce setting, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a penchant for problem-solving.
- A proactive and collaborative team player.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
