Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Document customer interactions while maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Participate in training to continue enhancing your product knowledge and service skills.
- Fluency in Italian is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
