Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients across various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding banking products and services, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous training and development to stay informed about industry standards and improvements.
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service in the banking industry.
- Previous experience in customer support or banking is a plus but not mandatory.
