Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via email, phone, and chat.
- Efficiently address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online retail.
- Maintain a friendly and supportive demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service targets and enhance customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on products and best practices.
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A passion for customer service and retail.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
