Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle inquiries related to grocery orders, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Resolve issues quickly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Document customer interactions accurately for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
- Participate in training to stay updated on products and best practices in the grocery sector.
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong passion for customer service and helping others.
- Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving grocery delivery environment.
