In this position, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries related to our range of health and wellness products, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries regarding health and wellness products, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Document customer interactions accurately for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer service objectives.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all communications.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay informed about products and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong interest in health, wellness, and customer service.
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize with customers and address their concerns effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment
