Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients within the logistics department through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to shipping, tracking, and logistical operations, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Work alongside other team members to meet service level targets and improve overall customer experience.
- Engage in continuous training to stay informed about logistics trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service in a logistics environment.
- Prior experience in customer support or logistics is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
