Requirements- Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or tourism/hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and friendly demeanor with a strong customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple inquiries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Willingness to learn and enhance product knowledge to better assist clients.
