Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Finnish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues related to banking services promptly and accurately.
- Maintain professionalism and a warm demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions efficiently for service enhancement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet service targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training programs to stay current on banking products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Genuine interest in the banking industry and a desire to help customers.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Athens, Greece.
- Desire to learn and grow within a reputable banking environment
