Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients and professionals within the healthcare industry.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to relay information and assist in problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in administrative tasks and support continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department.
- Stay updated on healthcare products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Fluency in Danish is essential; proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Greek is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the healthcare sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic administrative skills and familiarity with customer management software.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and embrace a new cultural experience.
- EU residency or work permit is required for this position.
