Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries regarding insurance products and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while assisting customers.
- Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and enhance customer experience.
- Engage in training and development opportunities to deepen your understanding of the insurance industry.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A genuine interest in the insurance industry and customer service.
- Experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to live and work in Athens, Greece.
