Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients in the finance sector via phone and email.
- Address inquiries and provide solutions with utmost professionalism.
- Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Precisely document customer interactions for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to become well-versed in financial products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong interest in finance and customer service.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new city and culture.
