Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries related to media and entertainment services.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions to support ongoing service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and meet performance targets.
- Engage in continuous training to stay informed on products and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A passion for the Media & Entertainment industry is highly valued.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and embrace challenges.
- A desire to learn and advance within an engaging team is encouraged
