Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients across various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding banking products and services, offering accurate information and solutions.
- Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in regular training to enhance your knowledge of banking regulations and service improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential.
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or the banking industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
