Introduction
We are looking for Danish-speaking professionals to support international customers for globally recognised brands. This role is ideal for individuals who value structured processes, clear communication, and a professional work environment. You will gain experience in customer care, service operations, case management, and digital communication tools, all while living in one of Europes most vibrant and sunny countries.
Requirements
Fluent Danish and good English
EU citizenship or Greek work permit
Strong communication and customer-relations skills
- Ability to analyze issues, provide solutions and remain calm under pressure
Good computer knowledge and adaptability to new systems
Motivation to learn and develop professionally
Previous customer service experience is beneficial
What Is the Job About
Your main responsibility is to support Danish-speaking customers by answering inquiries, providing product information, managing case escalations and resolving issues efficiently. You will work with modern systems, follow structured workflows, and collaborate closely with supervisors and trainers to ensure service excellence. You will handle communication via phone, email, chat and ticketing platforms, always focusing on delivering a high-quality customer experience.
