Patrique Mercier Recruitment is on the lookout for a Danish Speaking Health Tech Support Specialist to join our growing team In this role, you will be the essential link between our innovative HealthTech products and our Danish-speaking customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding support, addressing customer inquiries and helping them navigate our solutions for the best possible user experience.

Your Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality technical support to Danish-speaking clients via various communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our HealthTech offerings.
- Provide training and guidance on product features to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly for future reference and service improvement.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall client support and product delivery.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with trends in HealthTech.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong interest in Health Tech and prior experience in customer support is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote working environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for technology.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
