Your Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking clients across various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding banking products and services, addressing issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to keep updated with banking regulations and service improvements.
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or the banking industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
