Requirements
Fluent Spanish and confident English
EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit
Strong customer service mentality
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Ability to handle digital tools and multiple systems
Positive attitude, motivation and adaptability
Previous customer support experience is an advantage
What Is the Job About
You will be responsible for supporting Spanish-speaking customers across phone, chat and email. Tasks include resolving issues, guiding users, offering product information, processing requests, escalating cases when needed and maintaining accurate logs. You will follow set procedures, collaborate with team leaders and represent the company with professionalism.
