In this role, you will connect with our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our stylish fashion collections. Your expertise in customer support and enthusiasm for the fashion industry will help create positive and memorable experiences for our customers.
Your Responsibilities- Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing outstanding support for fashion-related inquiries.
- Guide clients through our product offerings, sharing knowledge of current trends and styles to enhance their shopping experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-ups as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with your team members to develop best practices for delivering exceptional service.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A genuine passion for fashion and a desire to help customers express their style.
- Prior experience in customer support, retail, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in problem-solving and able to handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
