As a Gaming Community Support Agent, you will interact with players across various platforms, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and actively contributing to community engagement initiatives. Your fluency in Spanish will be crucial in creating a welcoming environment for our Spanish-speaking gamers. Join us to help shape a thriving gaming community
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking gamers across multiple channels (email, chat, and forums).
- Actively monitor gaming communities, responding to player inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Gather feedback from players to improve game features and community engagement.
- Assist in managing community events and initiatives to enhance player satisfaction.
- Proactively identify trends and issues within the community to help inform game development teams.
- Stay updated on gaming industry trends and community interests to provide relevant support.
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong passion for gaming and familiarity with various gaming platforms.
- Previous experience in customer service or community management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support.
- Comfortable using various communication tools and technology.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.
