Your Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Provide assistance with inquiries related to travel plans, recommendations, and bookings.
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor in every interaction.
- Document customer feedback and interactions accurately for future reference.
- Work collaboratively with your team to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to the tourism industry.
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong passion for customer service and helping travelers.
- Previous experience in customer service or the tourism industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle diverse customer inquiries with patience and understanding.
