As a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will assist Polish-speaking tourists with their inquiries, providing valuable information and support to ensure they have a wonderful experience in Greece. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to travel, accommodations, and attractions in Athens.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your knowledge of the tourism industry.
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong passion for customer service and the tourism industry.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve issues and provide solutions effectively.
- Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge about Greece and its attractions.
